1、本机为成衣、内衣、婴儿服装、汽车内装、鞋材、运动器材、箱包、床上用品及沙发等相关产品需环保粘合工艺而设计。
This machine is specially designed for wrapping the related products such as clothes, underwear, baby clothes, car inner decoration, shoes, sporting equipment, cases, bedding, sofa, etc.
2、本机主要用热熔胶膜与相关卷材、片材复合、可二合一复，三合一复合，单面复胶多种功能操作。
The machine is mainly to laminate with hot-melt adhesive film and the related coilde material or sheet material in two -in-one or three-in-one manner and a multiple functional operation with single-sided compound.



复合环带**长型加热区，比传统复合加热区长6倍，使胶膜双面受热均匀复合；
     Compound strip ultra-long heating zone whinch is 6times longer
     than the traditional compound heating zone, makes both sides of 
     the adhesive film lminated with uniform heat;
采用硅胶压轮配置气动式压着，压力可视调节让粘合更牢固；
It applies silica gel pinch roller wheel with pneumatic air pressure and visual pressure adjustment to make the adhesion more firm;
设有6个数显温控区，12组发热系统让温度保持在均匀、准确的理想状态下工作；
There are six digital temperature control zone and twelve groups of heating system work under the condition of steady and accurate tempreture;
采用德国进口无缝特氟龙环带传温传送复合，使用寿命是普通环的9倍之多；
 It applies Germans Teflon samless ring belt and temperature, It applie Germans Teflon samless ring belt and temperature transfer laminator with transport which has a service life of  9 tines longer than the general ring type;
冷却配备强力循环冷风冷却，使复合成品在瞬间定型增强粘合度与无噪声风冷散热两组；
The cooling by strong circulating cold wind makes the lamination products can be enhanced with its adhesion instantly and with heat dispersion by wind cooling without noise.
设有自动升降式加热系统，高温下可直接停机操作，*做延时停机而浪费电能，温控采用SCR智能受温达到即安全又节能的要求；
It has self-lift type heating system to shut down directly under the high temperature without electrical energy waste due to delay shutdown.The tempreature control contol aooplies SCR intelligence which cannot just reach the desired temperature but also meet the requirements of safety and energy saving.
